The New Period Home

This large two-story Colonial residence and guest house reflects New England charm with modern amenities. Slate roofs, custom divided-light windows, dormers, wood siding, custom trim work all characterize the home’s exterior. The landscaping is highlighted with a large pool, rose trellis, a seating arbor and hot tub.

On the inside, beamed ceilings, custom-milled woodwork and panels, and oak floors dominate the spaces. Generous banks of windows overlook the backyard. Fireplaces in the living room, family room, and study feature antique tilework and the kitchen is accented by Delft tile, custom cherry cabinets, and an appliance bank. Upstairs, bedrooms have beamed ceilings, dormer window alcoves, and the master bedroom features a large fireplace, window seat, with french doors leading to a private terrace which sports custom-turned balusters.
