Part of a city-wide redevelopment program, this charming Spanish-style building was converted from a residence into professional offices. In addition to a complete rehabilitation, the project incorporated a new parking lot, landscaping, and fencing. The original courtyard was reconfigured to include a fountain and handicap ramp. A new tile roof, divided-light windows, and awnings give the building its traditional feel while new mechanical and electrical systems bring the structure into the 21st Century. A new freestanding sign identifies the building and was designed to harmonize with the office building.
