Fire Cause Analysis Office

A fire investigation company purchased and remodeled a warehouse to consolidate their offices. The existing building was completely rehabilitated with new structural, lighting, glazing, mechanical and electrical systems. The building was also reconfigured to meet current life safety, accessibility, and energy code requirements.

The remodel included removing walls around the lobby stairwell and using the two-story space to connect upper and lower floors. For the same purpose, its vivid red wall serves as a focus for offices on both floors. Brass fire poles were used to support the floor framing. All new partitions were constructed from aluminum storefront to utilize natural light as well as to maintain a community ambience.
